We dispatch from the atelier in Ludhiana within 24 hours on business days. Everything is sent in a reusable cotton dust bag with a plain outer box — no plastic, no branded tape.

Orders placed before 14:00 local time ship the same day. During the first two weeks of December, allow an extra three days.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are complimentary within 30 days and collected from your address. Leave the garment in the box, print nothing — we arrange the courier and cover the cost.
- 30 days from the day your parcel arrives, not the day you order
- Unworn with tags attached; we cannot accept returns of pieces that have been altered or re-waxed
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching the atelier
- Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned, so you are not waiting twice
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Sale is final.
Size guide
Our fits sit slightly off the body. A shoulder lands about a centimetre past the natural line, and a trouser breaks once at the shoe. Measurements below are of the garment, not the body.

If you are between sizes: take the smaller one for a closer fit in knitwear and shirting. Take the larger one for outerwear, which is drafted to layer over a fine knit.
Garment care
Wash less than you think. Most of our cloth improves with air, and a good brush removes more than a wash cycle.

Repair
Any Velora garment can return to us for repair. The first five years are free of charge; after that we charge cost, not margin.

- Free forever — re-pressing and steaming, any piece we made
- Seasonal, free — re-waxing on the waxed leather jacket
- At cost — sleeve shortening, hem adjustment, shoulder re-set

Frequently asked
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across India. Delivery outside Punjab is ₹2,499 with duties prepaid, so nothing is charged on arrival. Delivery takes 5–9 business days.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, within one hour of placing it — email us with your order number and we will catch it before it is picked. After that the order is already with the courier, and the returns process applies.
Is the site secure? Do you store card details?
This is a design preview: checkout is disabled and no payment is processed. In production, card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.
Do you have a physical store?
Three: Ludhiana, Amritsar and Jalandhar. All offer fittings by appointment, thirty minutes, no obligation. Book through the contact page.
Are your clothes true to size?
Every product page lists the garment measurements, not body measurements, and our fit runs slightly generous through the shoulder. The size guide above has the full tables.
Can you restyle an old piece?
We can re-size, re-line and re-press almost anything we have made. Send it to the atelier with your order number and a note.
Still unsure?
